THIS IS NOT A LOVE STORY, IT'S A STORY ABOUT LOVE. Some may call this movie "pessimistic" but some others may call it "realistic." However way you call it, this movie may take different paths for every one. Some may feel identified with Summer, Some others with Tom. But this movie is for both sexes. For men to see they are not always the unsensitive person in a relationship, sometimes wemen can show their other side. For girls this is also a lesson that teaches us not to be the one's who expect always something romantic, sometimes men act like they don't want you, and you need to be prepared for that kind of situations.
First of all, do you think love is only for the one's who have good luck? well, after watching this movie youll be thinking the same, how a person by being so sweet, and actually being sincere can make another person's life miserable. Summer and Tom met in an elevator (coincidence?). They started seeing each other at work, and one day at the copy room, they kissed, it was a surprise, they started getting to know each other and Summer told Tom that she was not looking for anything serious. In the end you might guess what happened, but if you want to know if your guess is right, WATCH THE MOVIE.
